Its been 8 years since I was convicted of child molestation.I was falsely accused by my wife’s ex boyfriend and their methamphetamine producing family. My wife lost her child forever. We both went insane and our marriage went to hell.I secluded myself from society, mentally unstable, got involved in destructive relationships.I became a drug addict, lost my buisiness and almost everything that I own.I didn’t want to live anymore, life being nothing more than lies and unjust torment.
It’s been 8 long years and I’m trying to save myself now, coming out …

What’s Happening In The Market?

Posted by rdeberry on September 5th, 2008

Hello Everyone!
This is Roxanne DeBerry of “The DeBerry Team” of Keller Williams Realty in Plano, Texas. I have been asked by lots of people lately, “How is the market?”. My reply is that the market in Plano and Collin County in general has seen a slowdown from the 2nd quarter of 2007. The reason is not the economy, since the Dallas area is one of the top areas in the country for employment. The reason for the slowdown is the mortgage changes that allow people to buy a home. There use to be a whole group of people that …

Driving Around Plano!

Posted by rdeberry on April 21st, 2008

Over the years I am just amazed how much Plano has changed. When I first moved here in 1974 there was about 40,000 people in the city. Now it is approximately 250,000! There was no mall and very few restaurants in the area. Today we have lots of shopping and hundreds of restaurants to choose from. My son actually played soccer where now stands Collin Creek Mall.

Plano was the key city for the growth of Collin County and many cities modeled themselves after Plano and came up with new ideas based on many of Plano’s family orientated ideas. …

Blog Probes Real Estate Models

Posted by CityBlogTX on March 30th, 2008

www.REALonomics.net is a blog that is asking serious questions about where the real estate industry is going. More specifically, REALonomics poses challenges to the broker/owners to adopt models that will allow their organizations to become more transparent.REALonomics.net advocates that the industry open up the property information portals to consumers and upgrade its approach to how it is interacting with the consumer by implementing more social networking such as www.CityBlogUSA.com, a community blogging network for every city in the USA.Visit www.REALonomics.net.

November 6th-Get Out And Vote!

Posted by rdeberry on October 26th, 2007

There are some very important items on the ballot that will effect people in Plano and the surrounding areas. I hope and pray that you will use one of your greatest rights and that is the right to vote. Many people have sacrificed their lives to give us this right. I personally feel that it would be a disservice to them and those who protect our rights not to use our vote.

As Plano and Collin County continues to grow and change, we need to make our voices heard about the issues. We live in such a wonderful country that …

What Do I Like About Plano?

Posted by rdeberry on October 16th, 2007

I have lived in the North Dallas area for over 30 years now and Plano has always amazed me with how they managed their phenomenal growth. I am sure it wasn’t easy to go from approximately 40,000 people to over 250,000 during this span of time. What I noticed was how skillful Plano was at blending in an environment that attracted business and families. Always seeming to come up with programs that are environment friendly, business friendly, and family friendly. As I ride around Plano and see the changes that have taken place with the growth that has happened …

Plano Sizzles!

Plano is one of the most attractive cities to live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It has wonderful schools, strong city government, and lots of shopping. You can find great restaurants, shows, and lots of local activities. You can find many different price ranges of homes to choose from in the area. Plano is conducive to a great business atmosphere as well. We have large corporations such as EDS, J.C. Pennys, Dallas Morning News, Alcatel, and many others. Whether your business is small or large Plano is the place to be.

Buying or Selling In Today’s Market

Posted by rdeberry on September 19th, 2007

The DeBerry Team is once again educating buyers and sellers on what to do in the present market. Sellers have asked if they should wait to sell and some buyers think that prices are going to go down and feel that they should wait for a better deal. Based on the information we have from our sources and from our own experience we feel the following is the appropriate action buyers and sellers should take.

The DeBerry Team continues to stay on top of what is going on in the market. For Sellers, our advice is that when …

Mortgage Concerns

Posted by rdeberry on September 18th, 2007

The DeBerry Team wants to make sure that the public understands the issue with the mortgage industry. Our job is to protect and inform you of what has happened and what is taking place. Texas is in much better shape than states such as California, Nevada, and other states on both the east and west coasts. The issue in our area is that investors came in to our neighborhoods bought either new or close to new homes to rent or to flip and did this without much money down if any. The lenders had programs that did not require …
